The P90X Nutrition Plan Review!
P90X is a great workout program but you must also follow the nutrition plan if you want to get the results you are looking for. Lucky for you the P90X Nutrition Plan is easy to follow and the best part of it is you can change the foods up so you are eating what you like. Now when I say foods you like I mean good foods you can’t be eating junk. But don’t worry you have options you just won’t be eating apples and carrots all day! Here is a video I put together at my 28 day mark of the P90X program. It will show you how I make the P90X Nutrition Plan work for me and how you can do the same.

If you watch the video above you understand a little about the nutrition plan and how it works. So lets take a look at the phases of the P90X diet.
Phase 1: The Fat Shedder.
This is were it starts you have to throw the junk out of your house and get to business. This Phase is a high protein based diet. You will also not be eating many carbohydrates during phase one. This phase is designed to help strengthen muscle while rapidly shredding fat from your body.
Phase 2: Energy Booster.
If you are like Ashley and I and love carbohydrates you are going to love going from phase one to two. This phase has a balanced mix carbohydrates and protein with less fat. This phase is designed to help supply additional energy for performance.
Phase 3: Endurance Maximizer
This is the the last leg and this phase is an athletic diet with carbohydrates, lean proteins and less fat. This phase is designed to help fuel your body for your best performance.
Here are some tips for you to make the P90X Diet a little easier.
Toss The Junk: If you are serious about getting in shape get rid of the junk now so you won’t fall off the wagon late one night when you get a unexpected craving!
Drink Water: This is simple drink a ton of water, you will fell better and feel fuller!
Regular Eating Schedule: Eat 3 meals a day with a small snack in between them.
Portion Control: Measure each portion out and make sure you are not taking in to many calories.
Plan Ahead: Don’t find yourself stuck out in traffic next to a fast food joint with your stomach empty.
