Today was day 30 and it was time to take pictures and measurements to see what results we were getting with P90X! So just to tell you we stuck to the workout program and didn’t to too much extra on the side. We run a little on the side and go hiking about once a week. So these results are from using P90X for 30 days and following the diet. We didn’t follow the diet to a tee the whole time. We ate pizza one night and also went out to eat a few times but for the most part we followed the P90X diet plan for the 30 days. So enough talking lets get to the 30 day results!

Ok 30 days down and 60 to go! The results that you can’t see from the photos are things like more energy and also way better flexibility. I can’t wait till day 60 I know the results are going to be even better!
