P90X
P90x is an extreme home training system!
Trainer Tony Horton will transform your body in just 90 days. P90X is a revolutionary system that constantly introduces new moves to challenge your muscles and give you extraordinary results. P90X is an at home workout and uses your body with bands or dumbbells as your gym equipment. I Personally use dumbbells and love the fact that I can just wake up and go to my living room to get a great workout.
