Meet Ashley

On our Valentine's day trip to Sedona, Arizona

Hi everyone, My name is Ashley Nalker. I am 23 years old have spent the last 5 years of my life in the Active Duty Army as a Military Police Officer. Out of those 5, I was deployed to Iraq for a little over 2 years of them.  On my first deployment to that sandbox, I met John. We have been together now, going on 4 years. Awww.  I know.  Well, having the military in my past, it has taught me many things, first of which is that FITNESS is a very important part of a person’s life. Even though the army doesn’t stress it as much, while I was in, I had a team leader that stressed it to me and somehow or another it stuck. Since then I have taken the steps to implement exercise into my everyday routine.
Since getting out of the Army, John and I both have been looking for ways to stay in shape and not allow our eating habits to get too out-of-control. Then we saw the P90x infomercial. I thought that it looked like it would be something that we could both do together, John on the other hand didn’t want to spend the money. So I just let it go and kept working out on my own at our apartment gym in the morning. Then one day while I was at work, I received a text from John tell me that he saw the P90x infomercial and ordered the program. I was so excited. Before that infomercial, I had never really heard of the program before. Years before I had seen a Slim in 6 infomercial and had ordered that, but I never knew they were of the same program. I never really had the time to commit to Slim in 6, but its barely day 30 and I can already feel results from P90x.

If your new to this program, or are just checking this site out to see if its for you, IT IS!!
It is so easy and it is only an hour a day, maybe an hour and half for yoga, but it is just so convenient to the everyday person.

Hi, I'm Heather and I am on day 28, which is phase 2. I watched your video that guys made and realized that I may not need as much protein as I thought. The last few days I have been taking in a little to much I would say. I weighed my self when I got up, and I was a pound up. I have lost seven pounds all together. So I won't be taking as much protein in as I have been. Good luck, I am right here with ya
